Professional Feedback Survey

In the SEN Code of Practice it states that LAs and schools should inform and remind parents about Parent Partnership Services (PPS) and seek to actively work with them. This applies to any parent who has a child with SEN and not just to those with or requesting a statement.

In order for Devon Parent Partnership Service (DPPS) to best support services and schools we would welcome your feedback. If you have had some contact with DPPS it would be very helpful to us if you could spare a few minutes to answer the following questions.  The information you provide will be treated confidentially following the data protection act. We will use the information (anonymously) to compile data reports and to evaluate and  improve the service we provide.
